Jeremy Hassell
Jeremy Hassell
CEO and Founder

Jeremy Hassell left Elga in 2007 to run Brightman Industries. His primary customer is his former employer with many thousands of cable harness kits being built from his last facility in Tilford (formally Hindhead) and then St Clears where they employ two Assembler Technicians and two part time staff when required.

Jeremy was responsible for the supervision of the Elga Labwater’s Global Operations facility in the UK for over twenty years. He has been involved in this Water Treatment industry since 1980, and was awarded the British Design Award in 1987 for his contribution to the launch of the Elgastat UHQ.

His core strengths are product design, challenging accepted ways of doing things where necessary, as a visionary and leading change.

Jeremy has been married for twelve years, has one son and lives in Horton, South Gloucestershire.

Julian Gilbertson

Over the last 20 years, Julian has gained extensive experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies both on and off line for a variety of established and emerging brands across the UK, Europe, and Middle East.

Julian graduated with a degree in Marketing (CIM) in 1995 and spent the first four years of his career at McCann-Erickson London, followed by three years developing pan regional financial services accounts for Gulf Saatchi & Saatchi, in Bahrain. His work in the region included projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His experience includes C-suite client liaison, campaign and project management, digital strategy and financial reporting. He currently works for a financial marketing agency in the City of London where his clients include Henderson Global Investors, Investec, Schroder Cazenove and Hermes Investment Management. His sector experience spans FS, FMCG, tourism, IT & telecoms.

Julian has been married for ten years, has two children and lives in Headley Down, Hampshire.

Ian Livermore

Ian is a science graduate and successful Sales Manager and Business Development Executive with over 30 years experience, selling and marketing patented medicines for Research and Development Pharmaceutical Companies, to the NHS, private hospitals and clinics, wholesalers and retail chemists.

Ian started “carrying the bag” into GP surgeries in Dorset in 1977 and quickly became a top performer in a sales force of over 100 people and subsequently spent two-years as a European Total Quality Trainer, which enabled an understanding of research, manufacturing, quality control and finance within pharmaceuticals.

Ian spent the past ten years responsible for highly specialised niche product sales. Ian’s transferrable skills of new business development, relationship building, and account management are ideal for Prolab where he will generate initiatives with key customers, such as organising Educational Symposia with a view to changing the perceptions of key opinion leaders within the relevant markets.

Andy Stanton

Andy graduated with a first class business degree in 1991 from the University of Bath and got involved in the web industry around the time Amazon was just getting going. With a unique mix of skills, he has gained significant business and marketing experience with large corporates such as Ford, Nissan and Tesco, but is also a very accomplished developer. He was one of three lead web architects on Vodafone’s UK online store – one of the most visited websites in the UK.

Over the last 15 years he has run successful website development agencies and is currently the Managing Director of 4 Digital (www.4.digital) that focuses on complex, unique and often challenging projects.

Andy has been married for 13 years and has two daughters and lives in Churchdown, a small town between Cheltenham and Gloucester.
